I don’t know if they’re trying to cut corners lately, but the portions are definitely not what they used to be. I paid full price and still left hungry, which is disappointing.

The inside was okay overall, nothing that really stood out. It seemed like the place has probably been the same for a while, so it felt a little dated, and it was kind of noisy in that usual busy-store way. The tables looked mostly clean, and I’m guessing the staff was just caught up with a rush because everyone seemed busy. It could definitely use a bit of a refresh, but for a quick stop, it was fine

I tried reaching out when I actually needed help, and... nothing. No response, no follow-up, just silence. It was frustrating

The food was alright, nothing really wrong with it, but the wait was... yeah, way too long. I felt like I was sitting in line forever, and no one gave any kind of update or anything. I get that places get busy, especially during rush times, but for a simple order it just felt like too much

Stopped in for breakfast and, yeah, it was not great. The eggs were doing that watery little mess, the hash browns were limp and soggy, and the toast was basically just slightly warm bread. Even the coffee was weak, like diner-flavored water. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just a solid basic breakfast, but this felt rushed and definitely wasn’t worth the price.

Restroom was a little dirty when I went in. Not great.

I walked in and the first thing I noticed was that the tables were actually clean, which is always a good sign. The bathroom was okay too, not spotless or anything, but definitely fine enough. Overall, I remember thinking, yeah, this place is kept up well

I liked the burger overall — it tasted fresh and the bun was nice and soft. It was a little messy, which I can live with, but it really could’ve been hotter when it came out. If that keeps happening, I’d probably start going somewhere else, because the flavor is there but the temperature needs work.

They got my order wrong again, and when I pointed it out, it felt like they were talking down to me instead of just trying to fix it. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just the food I actually ordered...

The food was okay, no real complaints there. But the service was just... really slow. We went in for lunch thinking it’d be quick, and it ended up taking forever. Maybe they were short-staffed or just having an off day, I’m not sure, but yeah, not the best if you’re trying to get in and out...

I’ve ordered from Frisch’s a few times now, it’s usually solid. The burgers taste fresh enough, and when the fries are actually hot, they’re really good. Like, why can’t hot fries just be the standard everywhere?

Last time, my sandwich was made the way I asked, and the onion rings had a nice crunch, so no complaints there. It’s not some fancy meal or anything, but sometimes you just want something that hits the spot without making a whole production out of it.
I’m giving 4 stars because the quality can be a little all over the place depending on the day, which is kind of annoying. One day it’s great, the next it’s just okay. Still, I’d order again because most of the time they get it right.

Ordering through the app was easy, but my pickup time ended up being off and the fries were cold by the time I got my food. Everything still tasted fine overall, I just wish the app updated the timing a little better.

Am I the only one this keeps happening to? My food showed up late again, and by the time it got here it was already cold. The driver seemed to take forever, which made the whole thing frustrating.

I ordered dessert from Frisch's and it was decent, but nothing I’d go out of my way for. The pie tasted fresh enough, though it was a little too sweet for me, so I only finished part of it.
The order itself was right, but I got transferred around when I tried to ask a simple question, which was frustrating. I might grab dessert again if I’m already eating there, but I definitely wouldn’t make a special trip just for it.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. Service was a bit slow though, and no one checked in after the food came. Not bad overall, just needs a little more attention.

I don’t know, the menu just feels kind of limited now. Every time I check, it’s basically the same few things again. Like, give me a break, can we get a little more variety?

Ordered from Frisch's last weekend i was happy with it. The food just felt fresh in that way you can kind of tell right away, even if it’s hard to explain. The salad wasn’t all sad and soggy, and the burger tasted like it hadn’t been sitting around forever.

The only thing was the fries were a little soft by the time we ate, but they were still warm, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I had a really good feeling about the whole order and would definitely do it again.

I used to feel like this place was worth it, but with the prices going up, it’s harder to justify. The food was average this time, and I left feeling like I paid too much for what I got. Maybe it was just bad timing and they were having an off day, but it definitely didn’t feel worth the money anymore
